- The applicant and guardians should read and understand the terms and conditions. If they need any clarification, they should discuss with the National Vidya Foundation before filling out and submitting the application form.
- By availing of any service provided by the National Vidya Foundation, whether or not a formal application form has been duly completed, the user hereby consents to and agrees to be bound by all the terms and conditions stipulated by the National Vidya Foundation.
- The applicant & guardians should be aware that the eligibility criteria for admission to MBBS for Indians are 50% in PCB (40% for SC/ST/OBC), pass in English, and overall pass in the class 12th Board Exam as prescribed by the National Medical Commission (NMC). The applicant should satisfy themselves that they meet the MCI eligibility criteria.
- The applicant will submit original documents for verification/processing when called on to do so.
- The applicant will make his own arrangements for the issue of a passport in time in order to travel overseas.
- Fees & Refunds: Fees in India are collected as follows:
- The initial registration fee of Rs. 10,000 is payable with this form.
- Any payment made by the applicant to the National Vidya Foundation, including but not limited to registration fees and/or processing fees, shall be non-refundable under any circumstances.
- In the case of fees paid overseas, no refunds are possible.
- Applicant/Guardians will pay fees, payable in India only by Demand Draft / NEFT / RTGS / UPI / Bank Cheque only payable to “National Vidya Foundation” and payable in Howrah. No cash or bank cheque is to be given to any other name or any other counsellor. No claims will be entertained by National Vidya Foundation for any payment other than as prescribed above. Fees to the university are payable overseas.
- If false information is provided by an Applicant, National Vidya Foundation retains the right to proceed against such applicant. Liability for false information rests solely with the Applicant.
- Students are governed by the rules and regulations of the university, the country, and agreements between the university and its associates, the National Vidya Foundation, and the applicant.
- Admission, Visa Responsibilities, Costs & Claims: No claims will be entertained by National Vidya Foundation or its associates from any applicant or their guardian(s) for costs of application, non-attendance to University, losing a year of education, etc. National Vidya Foundation is responsible for admission to the University and documentation guidance only. Obtaining a passport in time, obtaining visa clearance, passing a visa interview, passing immigration, etc. are the responsibilities of the applicant. Any delays due to fore-mentioned or travel delays, ticketing / flight delays, acts of god or nature, war, or changes in government policy are not the responsibility or liability of the National Vidya Foundation.
- The National Vidya Foundation does not guarantee the applicant the completion of the course at the university. This depends on the policies of the Institution and the educational performance of the applicant.
- The cost of the course, visa fees, processing fees, etc. are subject to change without prior notice.
- Fees are to be paid to the university before the due date. The applicant should find out the date and deposit dues in time; otherwise, they can be denied admission or deported
- For matters not specifically mentioned here, the decision of National Vidya Foundation will be final and binding upon the applicant and their parents / legal guardians.
- All disputes are subject to Howrah jurisdiction only.
- **Students must score 40 percentiles in the NMAT so as to get admitted to the MD course after successful completion of the BS (only applicable for the students taking admission in the Philippines).
