2. What we collect

We collect only what we need to help you. Specifically:

  • What you give us directly — your name, mobile number, WhatsApp number, email, city, NEET status, the questions you ask us, and whether you've ticked the consent checkbox on our forms.
  • Your child's information (if you're a parent applying on their behalf) — same fields plus their age and Class 12 marks if you choose to share them.
  • How you use our website — basic visit data like which pages you opened, your approximate location (city level), and your device type via Google Analytics and Meta Pixel.
  • Your replies — anything you write in WhatsApp messages, emails, or call recordings.
What we don't collect: We do not collect Aadhaar numbers, passport numbers, bank details, or PAN through our website forms.

3. Why we collect it

We use your information for these specific purposes — and nothing else:

  • To answer your enquiry — call you back, reply to your WhatsApp, or send the educational PDFs you've requested.
  • To send you the educational email and WhatsApp sequence (6–9 months) about MBBS-abroad compliance and Nalanda College of Medicine.
  • To improve our service and meet legal obligations like record-keeping for tax or NMC requirements.

We do not use your data for behavioural advertising on third-party platforms. We do not sell your data to anyone, ever.

4. Who we share it with

We share your information only with essential service providers:

  • Kit.com / Chatrace — For email and WhatsApp communication.
  • Pabbly Connect — For internal data routing.
  • TidyCal — For scheduling clarity calls.
  • Google / Meta — For internal CRM and anonymised website analytics.

5. How long we keep it

  • Inactive Contacts: If you don't engage for 12 months, we delete your details from active lists.
  • Nalanda Students: Records are kept for 7 years after course completion for legal compliance.
  • On Request: We delete your data within 7 days of a valid request.
